TRY THIS TO SHAPE UP THE OUTER/LOWER PECS👇🏼 - Decline Around The World Dumbbell Fly. Using a decline bench (or regular bench just elevate the one end with plates.) Lie back on the bench, and using dumbbells bring them over your head palms facing up stretching out the pecs, rotate them around towards your hips in a circular motion. As you reach the end of the movement the dumbbells should be under hand, fly/uppercut them back up to starting position. SQUEEZE YOUR PECS THE ENTIRE TIME. Think about using your chest muscles to control the weights. - BENEFIT: This exercise is a great finisher as it engages the entire pec, MAINLY targets lower Pecs and also stretches your chest and shoulders.
