Controversial I know but I’m 21 and I’m not afraid to admit that… It’s never the strong, confident ones who put others down. It’s never the ones who are secure in themselves. Never the ones building something. Never the ones focused on growth. The loudest criticism almost always comes from the quietest insecurities. I’ve realised something, people who are genuinely confident don’t feel threatened by someone else trying. They don’t mock ambition. They don’t tear down dreams. They don’t laugh at people starting out. Because when you’re secure, you don’t compete, you create. And when you’re focused on your own path, you don’t have time to monitor someone else’s. I’m 21. I’m still learning. I’m still growing. I’m still figuring things out. But one thing I do know? I will never shrink myself to make insecure people comfortable. If someone feels the need to put you down for trying, for dreaming bigger, for wanting more & that says everything about them and nothing about you. The strong clap. The weak criticise. And I know which one I’m choosing to be. Who else has noticed this? 👀

1. I realized judgment is usually projection. 2. I understood that insecure people always have opinions. 3. I stopped trying to be liked by people I don’t admire. 4. I accepted that success triggers people. That’s normal. 5. I realized most critics have never built anything. 6. I stopped explaining myself to people who don’t matter. 7. I started respecting myself more than I feared rejection. 8. I realized being misunderstood is part of leadership. 9. I stopped shrinking to make others comfortable. 10. I chose growth over approval. People will judge you no matter what. So you might as well give them something to talk about. Play small, and you still lose. What would you do if you stopped caring what people think?🤍✨

The real tragedy wasn’t the critiques. It was the mind trap. What you didn’t see on TV was how controlled the environment was. Every voice around me reflected the same narrative: You’re not photogenic. Something’s wrong with your face. You can’t take a good picture. When every external reflection tells you the same story, your brain starts to accept it as truth. I remember crying in the mirror. And that is the part that still breaks my heart. Not because of modeling. But because I know now how environments shape identity. Here’s what that experience taught me: It’s rarely about your capability. It’s about the system you’re operating inside. And we’ve all experienced this. In corporate rooms. In relationships. In industries built on hierarchy and approval. The catalyst for me was realizing this: It’s a mindset game. And self-trust is a skill. That experience didn’t destroy me. It woke me up. Now my work is helping women reclaim their sovereignty in environments that make them doubt themselves. Because no room gets to define your reflection. You do. If this resonates, I’d love to hear your experience. 🤍

Some days are just hard. That’s life. Reality is - your journey is yours, not anyone else’s. Comparing yourself to someone else? It’s truly the thief of joy. Their starting line, their struggles, their timing-it’s not yours. Everything in your life, even the messy parts, is real and important. Growth can’t start from someone else’s point - it starts from your own reality, your own stratosphere. Sit with yourself. Learn yourself. Trust yourself. It still blows my mind how the universe works, and how God places the exact situations in our path that we need to face in order to grow and step out of our comfort zone. As someone who is a perfectionist and struggles with control, having someone tell me I “wasn’t enough” stayed with me for a long time. It created insecurities I didn’t even know I was carrying and fears that later showed up in ways I didn’t expect. When I started posting content, I felt so ashamed speaking in English. Someone had planted the idea that my English wasn’t good enough… and I believed it (and maybe isn’t perfect, but who CARES) For a while, I wanted to stay safe and just create in Spanish. But something in me also wanted to challenge that belief. So I started posting in English anyway. Looking back, I think I was unconsciously proving to myself that I was more than enough. There’s so much power in other people’s words, but they only define you if you let them. At some point, you get to decide whether those words become limits or stepping stones. Whether they shrink you… or sharpen you. From that day on, I decided I would never let someone else label my worth. I decided I was capable of building the business I wanted, creating the impact I wanted, and designing a life that didn’t require someone else’s validation. Entrepreneurship will force you to confront every insecurity you’ve tried to hide. A quick reminder in case you need it: the exact situation that breaks you is often the one that builds you. Im rooting for you 🤍 Xo, @itsivaniadelgado

There are always going to be apathetic, small-minded people who feel uncomfortable with your ambition. Let them. Your growth isn’t meant to fit inside their limits. 🤷🏾♀️ They may try to bring you down but that’s why you build a circle of believers, not doubters. 💫

Not everything valuable in my life can be seen. And not everything that can be seen is valuable. ✨ I used to measure my life by things that could change overnight.. who stayed, who left, who chose me, who didn’t, how things looked on the outside, how loved I felt on certain days. But life has a way of humbling you… and teaching you where real security lives. So now I focus on what no one can take away from me. My skills — because what I know, I earned. My emotional intelligence — the way I understand people, feel deeply, and still choose kindness. My inner strength — built from days I thought I wouldn’t make it through but did anyway. My self-worth — no longer dependent on someone else’s ability to see my value. My self-respect — the courage to walk away, to say no, to choose peace over attachment. My mindset — the way I talk to myself when nobody else is clapping. My character — who I am when there’s nothing to gain. Because roles can change. Relationships can shift. Money can come and go. People can misunderstand you. Life can flip without warning. But the woman you build on the inside? She travels with you everywhere. I’m not trying to prove I’m unbreakable. I’m just learning that even when things break, I still have me. ✨ And that’s a kind of security no one else can give — and no one else can take. ✨ #ReelsInstagram #SelfGrowth #WomenEmpowerment #HealingJourney #KnowYourWorth GlowUpSeason InnerStrength

Girl to girl — your environment is either stretching you or shrinking you. The closet 5 people to you can tell you a lot about yourself and the rooms you sit in shape the life you live. This was a hard truth for me to swallow. I kept praying, “God, please change my life.” But I stayed surrounded by the same people and habits that were draining me. The same patterns and conversations. The same energy that kept me comfortable… and stuck because I felt unqualified and guilty for wanting different. And listen — some people can’t be avoided… But their access to you? That’s a boundary you should not feel guilty about setting. I had to admit something: Wanting more meant some things had to change and it started with me taking inventory of my life. I had to knock down the fears, the doubts and really get down to the question of “ who said that?” And 😣 Then I realized , I needed to get in rooms where I wanted to be. Where like minded people talked about: ✨faith without fear, ✨building income without burnout, ✨dreams without apology. Not louder rooms. Clearer ones. Growth stretched me. It felt lonely. It felt unfamiliar. But that’s where everything shifted. Not because I became confident — but because I became disciplined. And kept God first while I learned. If you’re a girl who’s done settling, hungry for growth, and curious about building a calmer life online — You’re exactly who I create for 💜 Stay awhile. 🫶🏻 — Kristina

1. Growing up without a real benchmark. My dreams were only as big as what I could see. Before social media, before exposure, I did not know what was possible so I aimed low without realizing it. 2. Letting my environment cap my potential. Coming from the province without access to mentors or bigger rooms. It was like training in a small gym. I was doing the work, but I was never around people stronger than me, so my growth had a ceiling. 3. Caring too much about opinions from people who never left. I let commentary from familiar voices matter more than insight from people who had actually expanded their lives. 4. Shrinking my presence so I would not outshine the room. I dressed down, toned myself down, softened my energy because standing out felt like disrespect instead of self expression. 5. Mistaking humility for invisibility. I thought staying quiet was being grounded, when in reality I was hiding my capacity to lead. 6. Waiting to feel ready instead of moving first. Confidence did not come before the opportunity. It came after I stopped waiting. 7. Confusing effort with expansion. I worked hard, but hard work inside a limited environment still produces limited results. 8. Taking chances, just not often enough. Momentum only came when I stopped hesitating. #playingitsmall #outgrowing #levellingup #breakinglimits #betonyourself

1. I stopped accepting “almost right” Waiting became easier than settling. 2. I stopped negotiating with myself If it felt like a no, I treated it as one. 3. I stopped explaining why something wasn’t enough Enough didn’t need justification. 4. I stopped responding when effort was inconsistent Consistency became the baseline. 5. I stopped adjusting my expectations to match availability Availability adjusted to my expectations. 6. I stopped rewarding potential Only present behavior counted. 7. I stopped staying in situations that felt slightly off Small discomfort was information. 8. I stopped making exceptions for familiarity History didn’t equal access. 9. I stopped chasing clarity from others My clarity became final. 10. I stopped treating standards as something to earn They existed by default. Save this for later 🤍 Follow for more ✨

Here they are 👇🏻 1. Am I choosing this because it genuinely excites me, or because it looks impressive from the outside? I’ve learned that chasing admiration can quietly pull me away from the life I actually want to wake up to. 2. If no one ever saw this version of my life, would I still be proud of it? This question forces me to separate real fulfillment from performance. 3. Am I growing in the direction that feels aligned, or just in the direction that feels expected? Sometimes the hardest paths to walk away from are the ones everyone applauds. 4. What would my life look like if I stopped shrinking my goals to feel more acceptable? I ask myself this whenever I notice myself playing small to stay comfortable or liked. 5. Am I building skills, character, and depth, or just chasing quick wins and validation? An extraordinary life is built slowly, even when the internet makes it look instant. 6. If I keep living exactly like this, where will it realistically lead me in five years? This question isn’t meant to scare me, just to bring me back to honesty. 7. Am I avoiding discomfort, or avoiding growth? The two feel similar, but the consequences are very different. 8. Do my daily choices reflect the woman I say I want to become, or just the woman I am right now? This one always reminds me that potential only matters if I meet it halfway. Save this for the moments you need to realign, and follow @for._thegirls if you’re also choosing depth over average. 💌🤍 Video credit: @oliviaphillipps

One of my clients used to live like this: every like, every post from someone else’s life made her anxious. It made her doubt herself. It made her postpone her dreams. She truly believed she would never become “successful enough.” In just 3 weeks working with me, she made this shift: from constant anxiety and the feeling of “I’m worse than everyone” to calmly watching other people’s wins without guilt to real pride in her progress - and an inner confidence other people could actually see. My method works because we don’t fight symptoms. We remove the root: the inner beliefs that keep you comparing yourself to everyone else. We rebuild self-worth, learn to value your progress, and take action without constant doubt. If you’re tired of wasting time and energy on other people’s success - and you want confidence that actually holds - this is your chance. Working with me starts with a complimentary strategy session, where we uncover what’s driving your state and map out a step-by-step plan to bring back your confidence and your joy. @thehypnoticqueen
