A travers cette photo, je voudrais remercier toutes ces personnes qui de façon directe ou indirecte, m’ont apporté un plus, sur ce parcours que j’ai décidé d’emprunter. Ce n’était pas évident, lorsque je débutais dans l'entrepreneuriat. Quand je repense à tous ces proches qui étaient convaincu que j’allais foutre ma vie en l’air, je me satisfait des progrès effectué à ce jour et je suis encore plus heureux que ces mêmes personnes soient fier du travail que je fais aujourd’hui. Le stress, la dépression, les persécutions et les pertes ne se laissent pas faire, mais je rends grâce 🙌🏾 . Ces moments difficiles aussi ne sont que des expériences et j'ai vite capté qu'on peut pas grandir sans expérience. C’est également pour moi, la preuve que nous sommes sur le bon chemin. Désormais nous devons aller plus loin. Nous devons créer plus d’impact, Nous devons inspirer davantage. Nous devons rêver plus grand. Que l’on croit en vous ou pas, croyez en ce que vous faites, et faites bien ce que vous avez décidé de faire. We celebrated Matt's birthday by going to the iconic Phillippe's. This place is known for it's Beef dip sandwiches and some other side dishes are also so delicious. I have always loved the way that I do my grilled chicken cordon bleu for how simple and good it is. I start this boneless skinless chicken thighs cut thin and lightly season (this time I used @chupacabrarub CLUCKALICIOUS). My problem with normal cordon bleu is the ham to chicken to cheese ratio, so I like to use thick slices off of a spiral cut ham when I have one. I start my chicken directly over the coals on my @webergrills kettle and when ready to flip move to the indirect side of the grill and throw on my ham to get it warm. To assemble I place a piece so Swiss cheese on the chicken, add the ham and top with another piece of cheese. Cover until the cheese is nicely melted and I serve with a mayo dijon dipping sauce (this time I gave it a little extra @philippetheog spice mustard and it was AMAZING! . After researching grilled chicken cordon bleu I see that a number of chefs are doing this stacked way although I haven’t seen any using dark meat so maybe I am a little weird! HA!
