Art glass definitely has the wow factor! 😍@artglass_by_groglass. Notice any of your framed pictures have a lot of glare then art glass can fix this, it is clear so shows the true colour of pictures whereas regular glass mutes them. Want my framing secret? …I never use the picture mats that come with the frame. (With the exception of a few that I’ve seen) most store bought frames come with bright white, generic looking mats that (imo) cheapen the frame. Buying pre-cut mats is an easy way to elevate a less expensive frame. I love buying them from Hobby lobby or Michael’s (and when I need something more custom, I’ve ordered custom mats from arttoframes or matboardandmore) For this frame, I spent a total of $5.48 to upgrade the picture mats ✨ #homedecor #pictureframe #decorating #interiordesign #homeproject #diyproject #cozyhome #cottagecore #decor #homedecorhack

Our gallery wall is finally done! 3 metres of symmetrical amazingness, and I promised I’d show you all how to do it 😍 We made a few silly moves, so here is the simplest way to get it done: Step by step, here we go: 1. Play with all your frames and decide on your layout. All of our frames are from @mrp_home 2. Place the frames *front side down* on the floor with the bottom of the layout against the wall. Imagine sliding your whole gallery down the wall and then flopping it down onto the floor. Then make sure all your spacing is 100%. 3. Write numbers on the frames in pencil. 4. Buy a big roll of wax paper and roll the lengths out long enough to cover the frames side to side, with a little extra. Stick lengths together with tape to get the height. 5. Put your giant piece of tracing paper over your frames. 6. Mark your holes with a soft pencil (I used 6B), just under the hook on the back of the frame 7. Write the corresponding numbers next to the holes. 8. Draw the outer lines of the top right and left, and bottom right and left frames as a guide for when you place your paper on the wall. 9. Use a spirit level to draw a level pencil line on the wall where you’d like your top frames to start. Match up that line and your guides from step 8 when sticking the tracing paper on the wall in step 10, to make sure your design will hang level. 10. Pick up your giant tracing paper sheet and stick it on the wall in the correct position with masking tape. The pencil spots should be on the wall side of the paper. Rub over the pencil mark on the tracing paper to transfer the lead mark to the wall. 11. Your drill guides will now be on the wall and you can drill! Before that, though, check your numbers to make sure you have placed your paper on the wall correctly so everything is where it needs to be. 12. Drill, add plugs and screws, and hangggggg! 13.
