We’re giving 100 percent and yet we’re running on empty. In 2026, the best thing we can do for our business is go all-in on ourselves. Prioritize sleep, exercise, eat healthy and intentionally (and at a table), make dates with friends to go for a walk, take a long hot lavender bath, read for fun, light candles, give yourself 15 minutes a day for a spiritual practice- whatever you choose.
