The Feet Elevated Plank Pull Through If you have done the traditional plank pull through on flat ground give this level up a try✅ The name of the game with this exercise is to minimize the shifting of your hips as much as possible. Mitigate the shifting by having a wide base and really bracing the core when pulling the kettlebell across the body. This exercise workouts a little rotation but more so anti rotation which is an important part of building well rounded core strength. Give it a go! #core

Für Anfänger: 🔸 Nutze eine leichtere Hantel oder eine Wasserflasche, um die Bewegung zu erleichtern. 🔸 Stelle die Füße etwas breiter auf, um die Stabilität zu verbessern. Plank pull throughs- an amazing core/ anti-rotation exercises. When I see people do this with a KB, it’s usually a cringy experience. Here is how you can upgrade your KB plank pull throughs👉 What I see most the time👉 ❌ Picking up and placing the bell on either side A better way👉 ✅ The drag and flip Why? 👉 The ground provides resistance. By keeping the bell in contact with the ground, you’re getting more resistance… 👉 with more control. 👉 Since the point is to resist rotation and keep the hips square to the floor (don’t shift hips), this slows the exercise down, allowing us to do this more successfully. There is literally no point in speeding this exercise up.
