🍿 Popcorn caramel & cacahuètes maison 📝 Ingrédients pour 2 personnes - 100 g maïs à éclater - 1–2 càs huile neutre - 100 g cacahuètes grillées - 100 g beurre - 150 g cassonade - 60 g glucose / miel / sirop d’érable • 1 pincée de sel 📝 Process : 1. Fais éclater le maïs dans l’huile (couvercle + secouer). Réserve. 2. Caramel : Fais chauffer le sirop Ajoute le sucre en pluie, sans remuer Quand c’est bien ambré : beurre + sel Hors feu : ajoute les cacahuètes 3. Mélange les popcorns dans le caramel (attention, c’est chaud). 🔥 Le secret : Étale sur plaque et four à 120°C pendant 30 min Puis refroidissement complet. Et là c’est ultra croustillant. ⚠️ Boite hermétique tu peux les garder deux semaines, mais on sait tous qu’ils ne tiendront pas deux heures 🤣 ❤️ Cuisinez, et régalez vous !

Here are 3 levels of popcorn.  Level 1: Basic Microwave Popcorn Yeah, it’s fine, but I like my popcorn with more flavor. We can do better Level 2: Homemade Dorito Popcorn Pop your corn kernels in a pan on the stove to start.  Mix together some onion power, garlic powder, salt/pepper, nutritional yeast, chili powder, and cumin and set aside.  Once your corn is popped, pour over some melted butter and your mixed spices and give it some good shakes to distribute throughout.  This is one of my go-to ways to make popcorn for my kids, but we can still do better.  Level 3: Homemade Elote Popcorn In a pot, add your cooking oil, some crushed whole garlic, and a couple of bay leaves and get it heating to medium-high.  Pop your corn and immediately add salt, melted butter, and some mayo. Add a sprinkle of cayenne, some fresh cilantro, and finish with some grated parmesan cheese.  If you love Mexican Street Corn as much as I do, then you’re going to love this popcorn.
