HERBST = Kartoffelgratin 🍁🍂🥔 ZUTATEN: 800 g Bio-Kartoffeln (mehlig kochend) 1 TL Butter zum Fetten der Form 2 rote Zwiebeln, fein geschnitten (optional) 400 ml Milch 200 ml Sahne oder Creme Fraichr 1 gestr. TL Salz Msp Muskatnuss 0,5 TL getrockneter Thymian 0,5 TL Currypulver 1 gestr. TL Gemüsebrühe Msp Pfeffer 2 Knoblauchzehen 120 g geriebener Käse (z.B. Gouda) ℹ️ Ich habe im Video lediglich fettarme Milch verwendet um das Gericht kalorienärmer zu gestalten, cremiger wirds, wenn wir wie oben benannt normale Milch + Sahne oder Creme Fraiche nehmt 🙌🥰 Zubereitung: 1. Den Ofen auf 180 °C vorheizen. Eine 20 x 20 cm große Form mit 1 TL Butter fetten. Optional die gehackten roten Zwiebeln gleichmäßig auf dem Boden der Form verteilen. 2. Die Kartoffeln in sehr dünne Scheiben schneiden und gleichmäßig in der Form verteilen. 3. In einem Topf Milch, Sahne, Salz, Muskatnuss, Currypulver, Thymian, Gemüsebrühe und Pfeffer, sowie gehackte Knoblauchzehen hinzufügen und kurz aufkochen lassen. 4. 100 g des geriebenen Käses in die Sauce einrühren, bis er geschmolzen ist. 5. Die heiße Sauce gleichmäßig über die Kartoffeln und für 50-60 Minuten backen. AREPAS DE PATATA SIN HARINAS, una receta fácil, deliciosa y con muy pocos ingredientes. -En realidad se llaman Llapingachos, queriendo hacerlas más ligeras sin harinas, varios seguidores al verlo por mis stories me dijeron que se llamaban así y que eran típicas de Ecuador y también se hacen en Colombia. -Es una guarnición que se pueden tomar solas o acompañadas de carne o pescado. -Ingredientes para 8/9: •500gr patata •Sal y pimienta al gusto •4/5 cucharadas aceite de oliva virgen extra •Queso emmental al gusto -Elaboración: -Pelamos y ponemos a hervir las patatas durante 20 minutos. -Pasado el tiempo, las aplastamos con sal, pimienta y el aceite de oliva. -Cuando ya lo tenemos bien aplastado, formamos bolas con las manos, les hacemos un hueco en el medio y les metemos el queso, cerramos y damos forma redonda. -Ponemos a calentar una sartén, pintamos las arepas con aceite de oliva virgen extra, las ponemos en la sartén a fuego medio/alto, pintamos por el otro lado y cuando las veamos doradas les damos la vuelta, dejamos que se doren por el otro lado y ya las tenemos listas. 🙏Espero que os gusten tanto como a mí, gracias por todos vuestros comentarios y que tengáis un fantástico día. #llapingacho #arepadepatata #tortilladepatata #arepadepatatayqueso #arepadequeso #recetasfaciles #recetasquefuncionan #foodie #foodielover #recetaecuatoriana #foodsreels #recetassingluten #gluetenfreerecipes #patata #patatalovers #crispypotato #potatoe #crispy #queso #cheeselovers

KLYFTPOTATIS ♥️ Såhär gör jag min klyftpotatis ♥️ Det perfekta tillbehöret ♥️ Här serveras den till stekt kyckling ♥️ Och glöm inte salladen, som toppas med god olivolja och balsamvinäger från @gridelli ♥️ Ingredienser: •Fast potatis •Morötter •Olivolja •Salt •Peppar •Rosmarin Gör såhär: •Sätt ugnen på 225 grader •Klyfta potatis (och morötter) och lägg i en påse •Ringla på olivolja, krydda med salt, peppar och rosmarin •Klä plåten med bakplåtspapper och häll ut potatisen. Fördela jämnt över plåten, dom ska helst inte ligga på varann •Ringla över honung •Sätt in i ugnen ca 40 min, vänd potatisen var 15:e minut, känn med sticka så dom är klara.
