LOFOTEN DAY 7: this chain of islands punches well above its weight, and I’m sad to leave this beautiful part of the world. Fortunately a big ride is just around the corner! A scenic ferry from Svolvaer to Bodø, then pottered about before a flight to Oslo. A bit of fun figuring out how to get a bike box 3 km from a shop to the airport… Thank you for having me, Lofoten ❤️ Also, apologies about the quiet audio - narration was done in the corner of a very crowded airport 🤣

Saturday afternoon baths is something I rarely have time to do but today it felt the most luxurious thing in the world. I’ve pottered in the kitchen, cooked, tidied and read and that is pretty much it. One of the most laid back days I’ve had in ages!

Some say it's selfish to be training all day I say the opposite  the stronger you are the more u can help others. What a way to start my Sunday. @elizabethorleansart called me 2 days ago in need of help. She pottered this oversized teapot which needed to be put in the kiln. Like a crane operator I maneuvered the over 100lbs heavy clay teapot to its preset destination. Challenge: Keep a straight face. Beach style. Of course we failed! But I did cheat a bit at the end 🤭 Last night we dropped Felix off at scouts on the beach 🤗 and not to cramp his style, we pottered to our favourite little beach before bedtime. A clear weekend means lots of gardening and look who pottered with me for ages yesterday morning. So very cute and ridiculously friendly but what is it?
