Getting ready for basic training isn't complicated. Prepare now to make the journey easier later. Showing up physically fit really is a huge key to success. Those who show up physically ready have one less thing to worry about in basic training. I can tell you from first hand experience with 1,000s of rercuits, PHYSICAL PREP MATTERS. "I will just get in shape when I get there" isnt a real thing. Yes, you will get in great shape during training, but if you show up out of shape the risk of struggle (physically, mentally, and emotionally) is much higher. Don't make it harder on yourself when you get there by slacking on your preparation before. 💪 You don't need to be the strongest, smartest, or fastest. You just need to give effort at all times and remember your "why" when things get tough (and they will).
