HOW TO MAKE A PERMANENT STENCIL FOR SCREEN PRINTING 🖼 The coated screens have dried in my dark room, so the next stage is to burn my designs onto them using UV light. Note: my exposure unit lid is broken which usually creates the pressure between the acetate and screen so I'm improvising with a blanket and bricks!! 😂 After exposing to the UV light for a few minutes (Times depend on equipment so lots of tests needed)the image is then washed out with a pressure washer. The way this works is the UV light has cured the coating apart from where the black image is so this washes out to leave an image ready for printing. #screenprinting #exposingscreens #howto #iseasurfwear #handscreenprinting
