🍳Rich High Protein Egg Scramble💪🏼 Obsessed with this new way and so easy to whip together in a pinch so had to share with ya’ll. Most days I do 3 larger meals and no snacks so this is an example of a larger meal with eggs. Recipe👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 3 large eggs 1 cup liquid egg whites 1. In a skillet over medium heat, crack 3 eggs into pan. 2. Add whites and season with salt and pepper or desired spices. 3. Leaving the yolks intact, move around the whites to scramble them. 4. Once the whites are almost cooked through, bust the yolks and stir them in. Immediately turn off heat to keep the yolks rich and buttery. Move to a pan and enjoy. I usually have with toast or fruit and leftover veggies if I have some on hand. The BEST Scrambled Eggs✨ This is my favorite technique for scrambled eggs! I love adding cottage cheese for added creaminess and an extra boost of protein. And do not skip on the chives at the end! Here’s what you need: 2 eggs 3 tbsp cottage cheese ~1/3 tbsp butter, cold Chives and red pepper flakes topping Sea salt and fresh black pepper To a cold frying pan, add the eggs, butter and cottage cheese. Turn heat to medium low and stir continuously with a rubber spatula. After about 30 seconds, remove from heat for a few seconds, then return to heat and continue stirring. Repeat for 2-3 minutes until eggs are cooked through. They should be scrambled through but still be wet and silky.
