If you want to find your purpose, start by getting clear on four things: your values, your passions, your strengths, and your outlet. Write them down in four columns; what you believe in, what you love doing, what you’re naturally good at, and how those show up in the real world. The magic happens when these overlap. If your current job or lifestyle doesn’t give you an outlet to express your values and passions, that’s a signal something is off. Purpose isn’t something you randomly discover, it’s something you design by aligning what matters to you with how you actually spend your time.

We’re raised to think our purpose is something we have to figure out—a career path, a unique mission, a single right answer. But in truth, purpose isn’t a destination. It’s a quality of being that infuses everything we do. The soul doesn’t measure success by achievement—it measures by expansion. By how much love, courage, clarity, and presence we bring into this moment. When you live from that center, life begins to guide you. How to find your purpose.

When you’re unsure in life what to pursue, then start by pursuing yourself. Prioritise yourself. This will mean you will have to cut people off. This will mean you will have to be lonely sometimes. This will mean you will need to sacrifice temporary pleasures for long term growth. Pursue yourself and you will see the path get clearer as you move forward.
