PUSH day vs. PULL day, what is the difference & why do we need both? Push day: works muscles such as chest, shoulder, triceps and the movements require “pushing” so think push-ups, shoulder press and dips. Pull day: works muscles such as back & biceps and the movements require “pulling” so think pull-ups, lat pulldown, rows and biceps curls.
