If you love the idea of having fresh eggs at home but dont have space in the backyard for chickens..Why not try quails?! 🐤 They are very underrated little birds for the garden and are super friendly and relaxing to keep at home. 🥰 Quails are egg laying machines laying the same amount of eggs per year as chickens and for about 2 years consistently! 🥚 You can keep a few quails in a small cage or run very happily unlike chickens which need a larger area to roam 🐓 Their eggs are small but they make up for that with a higher nutritional value per gram than a chicken egg does and they taste the same. 🪺 They are just as beneficial in the garden as chickens providing manure and of course will much on weeds, scraps and unwanted bugs! 🐌 Share this video with someone who loves fresh eggs and convince them to get some quails! 🐣 #quails #fresheggs #homesteading #organic #nikosgarden

Zdradzam tajemnicę 🐣 Tylko jedna odpowiedź była prawidłowa ☺️ Długo broniłam się przed inkubacją, ale kiedy postanowiłam, że będziemy mieli przepiórki (o tym opowiem kiedy indziej) to nigdzie w promieniu 100km nie znalazłam takich jak chciałam, czyli celadonów. I w sumie to chyba nawet Łukasz zdecydował, żebym zamówiła jajka i wykluła. Wiadomo, nie trzeba nigdzie jeździć 😜 Przeważył też fakt, że przepiórki żyją dużo krócej niż na przykład kaczki.
