China just built a quantum computer and, for the first time, open sourced its full quantum operating system. This is Zuchongzhi 3, a 105 qubit quantum computer that just completed a task which would take the world’s fastest supercomputers an impractical amount of time. But hardware is only half the story. China also just open sourced something called Origin Pilot, the world’s first publicly downloadable quantum operating system. Think of it like Windows, but for quantum computers. It manages multiple quantum processors at once, keeps qubits calibrated automatically, and lets developers write apps across superconducting, trapped ion, and neutral atom systems from a single interface. So while the West has been focused on raw qubit counts, China quietly built the entire stack, the chip and the software to run it. This is no longer just a lab experiment. It is becoming a full ecosystem.

China has announced a major breakthrough in quantum computing. Researchers developed a prototype quantum computer called Jiuzhang, which completed a complex calculation in just four minutes something that would take a traditional supercomputer billions of years to finish. The system achieved this by analyzing 76 photons using a method called Gaussian Boson Sampling, demonstrating the incredible processing power of photon-based quantum technology. Previous classical systems could only handle around five photons, making this a massive leap in computational capability. This achievement shows how quantum physics principles like Quantum Superposition and Quantum Entanglement are moving beyond theory and becoming practical technology. In the future, quantum computers could transform fields such as quantum chemistry, secure communications, and advanced scientific research, potentially solving problems that are impossible for today’s computers. #QuantumComputing #QuantumBreakthrough #FutureTechnology #ChinaTech #Supercomputing #alchetron #viral Read : https://alchetron.com/Quantum-computing

A quantum computer in China has accomplished a groundbreaking feat—solving a problem in just four minutes that would take even the fastest classical supercomputer billions of years. This achievement was made possible by Jiuzhang, a 76-qubit quantum computer prototype that operates using light-based technology. Instead of traditional electronic circuits, Jiuzhang relies on lasers, mirrors, prisms, and photon detectors to process data at unprecedented speeds. China just gave the world free access to quantum computing - and IBM and Google never did. Origin Quantum, based in Hefei, released Origin Pilot — the world’s first open-source quantum OS. Free. Downloadable by anyone. IBM has quantum systems. Google has quantum systems. Neither made their OS publicly available. Both lock access behind closed cloud environments. China just opened the door. Origin Pilot manages qubits, auto-calibrates hardware, and runs across superconducting, trapped ion, and neutral atom chips — one unified platform. Zero dependency on American tech. It runs on China’s own Origin Wukong quantum computer. This isn’t just software. Quantum tech is explicitly listed in China’s 2026-2030 national development plan. Whoever controls the OS controls the ecosystem. Will you test it for free? (We post educational content daily.)

Google’s Quantum Computing Lab ⚛️👩🔬 “We’re looking at a race, a race between China, between IBM, Google, Microsoft, Honeywell. The Quantum Race Just Changed! China just released the world’s first public quantum computer operating system and almost nobody is talking about it. In February 2026, China launched Origin Pilot, a full operating system designed to run quantum computers. It powers the Origin Wukong machine with 72 qubits and has already processed 36 million tasks from 163 countries since launch. This is not just software. Origin Pilot manages the entire quantum system including task scheduling, qubit calibration, parallel quantum workloads, and coordination between hardware and software. Even more surprising, it works across three different quantum architectures: superconducting, trapped ion, and neutral atom systems. No Western platform currently offers all of that in a single unified system. After US export restrictions blocked China from key components, Chinese engineers replaced every single part domestically in just 11 months. Major companies like IBM and Google built similar systems internally. They just never made them publicly accessible. And most people still have not heard about it. 💻🐉 L’ordinateur quantique chinois vient de pulvériser la logique classique. 🔥 Abonne-toi, chaque jour je dévoile des vérités cachées ! ➡️ Il a accompli 2,6 milliards d’années de calcul… en 4 minutes. Oui, tu as bien lu. #OrdinateurQuantique #Jiuzhang3 #RévolutionQuantique #ScienceEtConscience #Imalipusram #TechnologieSpirituelle #FuturProche #imalipusram

China just shipped the first quantum operating system built for real hardware execution. Origin Pilot manages workflows across quantum and classical processors: routing tasks between QPUs and CPUs, handling error correction, and abstracting the hardware layer so developers can run jobs without writing gate code by hand. That’s the same abstraction leap classical computing made when operating systems replaced manual register management. Quantum just crossed that line. Researchers at the University of Hong Kong have created a new kind of semiconductor designed to coexist with living systems. Instead of rigid silicon, the device is built from soft, water-rich hydrogel materials that mimic the structure of biological tissue. Living cells can grow inside the material while the electronics continue to function and respond. The work, published in Science, introduces three-dimensional hydrogel transistors that allow direct electrical interaction with living cells. This marks a step toward biohybrid electronics that integrate with biological environments rather than sitting beside them. The goal is not faster chips. It is electronics that can safely interface with life, opening the door to future medical implants, neural interfaces, and biological sensing technologies. If electronics can function inside living systems, what should this be used for first? 👉 Comment “TOOLS” to get my 700+ AI Toolkit for free 🎥 Credit: University of Hong Kong #technology #science #biotech #innovation #technews
