Her research indicates that we each have a dominate aspect to our personality that falls into one of the following 4 categories : - [ ] Upholder - [ ] Obliger - [ ] Rebel - [ ] Questioner The Upholder regularly fulfills demands and expectations from the external world as well as their internal world. They are great workers, wonderful spouses and they can count on themselves. The Obliger consistently meets outer expectations but has great difficulty fulfilling their own inner needs. They are great to others but not always kind to themselves . The Rebel, who may be the archenemies of the Upholder, has difficult fulfilling inner and outer needs. They do everything in their own time and in there own way. The Questioner is willing and ready to meet outer and inner expectations ...as long as the request makes sense. They will, first, ask lots of questions before deciding to proceed. You can be sure they have done their research before agreeing to anything. .
