🧀Hard Cheese Tasting Cheese Board 🧀 I made this fancy looking but very simple hard cheese board for some friends with four types of cheese from Quickes Cheese. Each comes with a flavour profile card and tasting notes which I loved. Just like doing a little wine tasting. On the board there was: 🧀Buttery 🧀Elderflower 🧀Goats Milk 🧀Devonshire Red 🍞Sourdough crackers 🍇Figs &Grapes I cut the cheese like this so each person get to taste the different flavours from rind to tip.
