This is my male seal mitted Ragdoll. He has such an amazing temperament. No matter how I hold him, he never struggles—just like you can see in the video. His entire body goes completely limp and relaxed; he’s absolutely adorable. Not many people are drawn to this color at first sight, but anyone who’s owned a Ragdoll will tell you it only gets more beautiful the longer you look at it. It’s a very popular choice among owners getting their second or third cat. This color has such a luxurious, elegant look—I really hope more people will come to appreciate it. Besides, this color is essential in breeding programs. It effectively helps control the white gene and enhances pigmentation in kittens, resulting in deeper, more vivid blue eyes. Can you believe this is the same cat, as a kitten and fully grown? To be honest, I don’t think most people would believe it. Many kittens look plain when they’re little, but turn out stunning as adults. That’s exactly the trait of our bloodline: they don’t look their best when young, but keep getting more beautiful as they grow. This has always been my breeding goal — for our kittens to get better-looking with age. Many bloodlines produce kittens that are extremely cute as babies, but end up unattractive when they mature. This is the stud cat I planned to keep for my cattery. He has an extra large head and a big build, with a head structure that’s exactly my type—his ears are set wide and flat.
