Pržene lignje, lignje na žaru, punjene lignje, lignje s krumpirom i rižoto od liganja. I tu uglavnom staje priča o lignjama! A kaje s dobrom paštom s lignjama?! Jedan fini fini ragu!? Znate koliko ja volim rague s paštom pa evo jednog, ali ovaj je brži jer se lignje brzo raskuhaju i onako morsko-slatkasto neodoljiv! Lignje sam uzela očišćene za dost dobru cijenu u ovotjednoj @lidl_hrvatska blagdanskoj ribljoj ponudi koja skriva bome dobre morske primjerke - ima čak i odrezak romba! Uglavnom, provjerite ponudu, i uplanirajte si ovu finu morsku paštu za Badnjak jer… zašto bi uvijek morao biti bakalar😁. Paccheri s raguom od liganja Za 4 osobe: 30 ml maslinovog ulja 3 režnja češnjaka 1 crvena ljuta papričica 400 g očišćenih liganja (može i više, prilagodite ukusu) Malo soli 150 ml bijelog vina (malvazija) 400g (1 konzerva) sjeckane rajčice u umaku 300g paccheri tjestenine ili po želji Po želji: Šećer Maslinovo ulje Sjeckani svježi peršin Priprema: Režnjeve češnjaka prignječite i odstranite ljusku. Ljutu papričicu prepolovite i odstranite sjemenke (ili ostavite ako želite da bude baš pikantno), nasjeckajte na sitne kockice. Očišćene lignje narežite na kolutove. Na maslinovom ulju popržite režnjeve češnjaka i papričicu. Dodajte lignje. Pržite par minuta. Dodajte malo soli i 150 ml vina. Pirjajte 10ak minuta. Dodaje rajčicu. Prokuhajte i poklopite nega lagano krčka 30ak minuta (dok lignje ne omekšaju). Odstranite češnjak. Zalijte maslinovim uljem i peršinom te umješajte svježe kuhanu vruću tjesteninu koju ste kuhali minutu kraće nego na uputama uz dodatak vode od kuhanja (ukoliko je potrebno). Miješajte na laganoj vatri minuta da umak obavije tjesteninu. Servirajte odmah uz još maslinovog ulje i peršina.
