But they must show supply chain transparency, and potential genetic testing … which would possibly expose them. Rao’s Iconic Meatballs #raos #meatballs #recipes RAO’S FAMOUS MEATBALL RECIPE 1 lb ground beef 1/2 lb ground veal 1/2 lb ground pork 2 eggs 1 cup grated parm 1 tablespoon chopped parsley 1 small garlic clove, grated 1 1/2 cups Italian breadcrumbs 1 1/2 cups water Salt & pepper to taste Olive oil Combine been, veal, pork, eggs. Cheese, parsley, garlic breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix using your hands. Slowly add in the water and continue mixing. Shape into balls (I like making XL meatballs! They stay extra moist - about 12-14) Heat oil in a large sauté pan. When oil is very hot but not smoking fry meatballs in batches until brown on all sides. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Transfer into a pot of sauce and finish cooking on a low simmer.

I hate wasting food. So, I usually just end up making it into another dish. I had leftover antipasto sun dried tomatoes, olives, and artichokes. I didn’t want to just toss them. So, I ate all the olives (lol) and threw together this one pan baked dish. I used @boursincheese as the center and added a box of couscous. Then added my leftovers right in. Covered w chicken stock (I needed 4 cups) and threw in some seasoning. Covered and cooked at 425 for 30 min. When I took it out, I just poured in a little heavy cream (say 1/2 cup) and some parmesan cheese (another 1/2 cup). I just bought this pesto from @raoshomemade and have been dying to try it. I put a heaping scoop, but I should have put two. It was nice and flavorful! I suggest you add two if you want to include pesto. Salted one more time, tossed, and served.
