Easter Recipe Day 2 🐣🍋 Today’s recipe: Lemon Possets are bright, creamy, and perfectly refreshing. The kind of simple dessert that feels a little extra special with every spoonful. Ingredients: - 8 lemons (halved and hollowed) - 2 cups heavy cream - 3/4 cup granulated sugar - Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon Amoretti® Vanilla Bean Paste - 8 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Directions: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla bean paste. 2. Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sugar dissolves. 3. Let it simmer briefly, then remove from heat. 4. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and a bit of lemon zest. 5. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then carefully pour into the hollowed lemon halves. 6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.

Pretzel Easter Chicks 🥨🐥 Can't get any easier or cuter than this! Who's gearing up for Easter?🐣 You will need: Mini Pretzels by @snyders_hanover White Chocolate (I used @stoverandcompany Eleven O'One Collection) Yellow Oil-Based Food Coloring Gel Orange M&M's Black Nonpareil Sprinkles How to: 1. Melt your white chocolate in the microwave on 30-second intervals, stirring in between each; tint it with yellow oil-based food coloring gel. *Alternatively, you can use melted yellow candy melts or meltables. 2. Place the mini pretzels onto parchment paper set over baking sheet (for easier transporting to freezer after). Using a piping bag or teaspoon, fill the pretzels with yellow chocolate or candy melts. Immediately add half of orange M&M and black nonpareil while the chocolate is still wet. Freeze for 5 minutes.
