Mi primera torta rectangular 🌝🫶🏽 La amé. Es un estilo súper elegante y, lo mejor de todo, ¡rinde muchísimo! Pero les confieso algo: lleva mucho más tiempo y crema que una torta circular (me recordó a las tortas de corazón 😅). Si quieres recrearla, aquí te dejo toda lo que hice : Base: Usé dos platos de MDF de 20 cmunidos con un cartón de torta grueso por debajo. Es clave que el cartón sea rígido para evitar que la torta flexione y se fracture la crema 👀 🥕 La Torta de Zanahoria: La receta es de mi Ebook “The Basic Cake”. Para este molde de 30x10 cm, usé estas cantidades para lograr capas perfectas de 3 cm: * Molde 1: 750 g de mezcla (que luego dividí en dos capas). * Molde 2: 400 g de mezcla (para obtener la tercera capa). *Horneé con papel de horno, pero la próxima probaré sin él para que los bordes salgan más rectos y no usar tanta crema nivelando 👀 Anillo de Contención * Anillo de contención: Ganache de chocolate blanco (Curso Just Ganache). Relleno: Frosting de queso crema (Ebook “The Basic Cake”) + Caramelo salado (Ebook “Rellenos Clásicos”). * Cantidades: Usé aprox. 200g de frosting y 100g de caramelo por cada capa. ¡Esa combi es de lujo! 100% recomendada 👌 Crumb coat, capa final y Decoración: Buttercream suizo de chocolate blanco (Curso Signature Buttercream). Se llevó casi 2kg de crema por el nivelado de los bordes, lo cual debo decir, tienes que tener paciencia y tiempo 😅 El color azul lo logré Baby Blue, Violeta y Royal Blue de Colour Mill 🛠 Guía de Boquillas (todas son de Ateco): * Guirnaldas: 113 * Zanahorias: 3 y 66 * Volados blancos: 127 * Detalle final: 33 * Escritura: 3 (con el mismo buttercream). ¿Prefieren las tortas rectangulares o se quedan con las clásicas circulares? 👀 a mi me encantooo este estilo, se ve bellísimo en la decoración de la mesa Recuerden que todos los cursos y ebooks los encuentras en el link de mi biografía :) www.deliciasnina.com #buttercream #buttercreamcakes #vintagecake #cakereels #cakereel

I’m soo happy with how this 2 ft long rectangle pink cake turned out 🥰 my hand was definitely cramping from the heavy vintage piping, but it was so worth it! Added some piped flowers and stems all over, and finished it off with some ribbon bows 🥰
