✏️🍎 CLASS OF 2025 ✏️🍎 This cake was designed and created for my daughters Year 6 leavers disco! I had a lot of fun making this cake and obvs eating all the left over sweets 😅 Let’s talk cake 👇🏻 💖 RECTANGLE CAKE 💖 Creating your own board and cake size isn’t that hard. I bought a 6mm MDF wooden board from B&Q and asked the team @lissieloulondon to create me a 2mm food safe acrylic custom size cake board. If you are making your own board you have to make sure you keep it food safe. I knew once I had decorated this cake it wouldn’t have fit in the fridge! So I individually created smaller rectangle cakes set them in the fridge and joined them together once they were set. I used my structured ganache covering to give the cake the support it needs and then covered and piped on my Elite buttercream. This cake was then left at room temperature. Eu am fazer bolos diferentes do que faço diariamente e dessa vez eu fiz um Long Cake para uma cliente muito especial que nos acompanha desde o início da nossa Confeitaria. O Long Cake está super em alta e é conhecido por esse formato retangular mais “compridinho”.
