❗️Massive Regularization Approved in Spain Told you yesterday they’d approve it today and they did! Start date: April 16Deadline: June 30 That’s 2.5 months to apply. Key Requirements: ✅ 5 months continuous presence in Spain (prove with any documents: receipts, bills, medical records) ✅ Criminal record certificate from your country of origin + all countries you lived in the past 5 years ✅ PLUS one of these: • Proof of work (90+ days OR pre-contract OR intention to become autónomo) • OR family ties (living with minor children/disabled children/parents) • OR vulnerability certificate (from social services or NGO) The vulnerability certificate worries me. Many people will need it — but getting it from social services or an NGO might be complicated. Tomorrow we get the final BOE with complete requirements.
