In 2000, l cut a section out of the pendulum arm & replaced it with chain! The result was a game changer. Why? Now you literally had to focus on each rep or it would turn into a full blown jailbreak! Also it amped up production on your lowerback. This idea actually came from Lou as well but he probably knew it was outside the acceptance curve of his base. Purchased in 1994. We just opened Powerhouse Gym Columbia after l quit Arena football. Me, Neil Foy & Chris Murphy. It was located in Northeast Columbia SC. We had a $3 day rate. Neil & l put ever dollar of it in an envelope and in two months had enough money ($900) to send Lou for it. Also l have an attachment welded at the front bottom post where you can band the pendulum arm as well. Yes it works great! A great QL builder among other things. Lou will always be remembered for this piece. The game changer.
