France's New Rocket Engine Has No Fuel or Fire | Goodbye Rocket Fuel, Hello Plasma Engine France just created a rocket engine that defies everything we know about space travel. This revolutionary electromagnetic plasma engine operates with NO fuel, NO fire, and NO moving parts. Using magnetic fields to control superheated plasma, this technology could make rockets lighter, cheaper, and more efficient than ever before. Discover how this breakthrough could transform space exploration and make reaching orbit as routine as air travel. #SpaceTech #Innovation #RocketScience #Future #Engineering #fyp plasma rocket engine electromagnetic propulsion future space technology revolutionary rocket design France space innovation no fuel rocket space travel breakthrough plasma propulsion system new rocket engine 2024 sustainable space travel advanced spacecraft magnetic plasma engine space exploration technology rocket engine without fuel

Team SpaceX 🫡. SpaceX, founded by Elon Musk, is transforming space travel with its fully reusable rocket system, Starship. The Starship system consists of the Starship upper stage and the massive Super Heavy booster. In its fifth test flight configuration (often referred to as Starship Flight 5), the fully stacked rocket stands about 120 meters tall and weighs nearly 5,000 metric tons (around 5 million kilograms) when fully fueled, making it the most powerful and heaviest rocket ever built. The Super Heavy booster alone is an engineering giant. It is powered by 33 Raptor engines and produces roughly 74 meganewtons of thrust at liftoff — more than any rocket in history. The booster itself weighs over 3,500 metric tons when fueled. Managing this level of thrust, fuel flow, pressure, and structural stress requires extremely advanced materials, precision manufacturing, and real-time flight control systems. What makes it a true engineering masterpiece is the landing. After separation, the heavy booster flips mid-air, performs a controlled descent, relights selected engines, and slows down from supersonic speeds to land vertically back near the launch site. Controlling thousands of tons of falling rocket with pinpoint accuracy is incredibly complex. SpaceX has turned what once seemed impossible into a repeatable system — redefining modern rocket engineering. #trending #viral #elonmusk #aerospace #engineering Video clip & credits - QuetzalCo

🚀How to start Aerospace Engineering (without the NASA budget) Stop waiting for a degree to start building. I’m an Aero student at Stanford, and let me tell you—the laws of physics work the same in your garage as they do in a multi-million dollar lab. If you want to get into FPV drones, high-powered rocketry, or RC planes, you need a flight plan. This is Part 1 of my series on the best beginner-friendly projects to level up your engineering skills. The Roadmap: 1. Foam-Board RC Planes: The ultimate way to learn aerodynamics without the heartbreak of an expensive crash. ($80–$120) 2. Scratch-Built Rockets: Skip the kits. Design your own in OpenRocket to learn stability and flight physics. ($40–$80) 3. Tiny Whoop FPV: The “final boss” of hobby aero. Master the simulator first, then build your own micro-drone. LEAP 71 is building AI engineering systems that generate rocket engine geometry directly from first-principles physics. Instead of manual CAD iteration, the design is computed from thermodynamics, fluid flow, and manufacturing constraints, then 3D printed and tested as real hardware. This approach could compress engine development timelines and unlock designs humans would not naturally draw. Follow @spaceeves #SpaceTechnology #RocketEngines #AIEngineering

AI CAN BUILD ROCKETS NOW? 🤯 This is aerospyke engine and since 1950 it is called the future of rocket engine cz it is efficient at every altitude from sea level to space but every even NASA failed to manufacture it. Until this Dubai based company called Leap 71 just 3D printed this in one piece using an AI called Noyron. Noyron is a computational LLM engineering model which is encoded with actual physics and you just have to give it specifications and it generates a complete engine geometry in minutes. Not a render but actual 3D files ready for metal printing. This company metal printed this whole thing with copper and test fired in the UK generating two tons of thrust, burning cryogenic methane and liquid oxygen. Notice the frost forming on the outside? That’s the engine’s “regenerative cooling” at work. The AI has designed microscopic internal channels that circulate the sub-zero liquid methane through the engine walls to absorb the intense heat of combustion which can go upto 3500 degrees, and flood the inside with cryogenic oxygen at negative 133 degrees preventing the 3D-printed copper from melting. It’s a terrifying glimpse into a future. Traditional rocket engine development takes years of iteration. Leap71 went from specification to successful working engine in just 21 days. This is the future of engineering. If you want more details as to how they did it comment rocket and I’ll send it right to your DMs

28,427,031

A rocket engine test is a key step to check if a rocket engine works well, is reliable, and safe. Tests happen in special facilities that can handle extreme heat, high-pressure exhaust, and dangerous fuels. The engine is fired on a test stand to measure things like thrust, fuel use, combustion stability, and how long the engine lasts under conditions like a real space launch. Tests differ based on the engine type—liquid, solid, or hybrid. For liquid engines, cold fuels like liquid hydrogen and oxygen are pumped into a chamber where they ignite to create thrust. Sensors track pressure, temperature, fuel flow, and vibrations to spot issues like unstable combustion or worn parts. Tests also check thrust vector control (TVC) systems, which steer the rocket during flight, ensuring the engine can move correctly. Engineers test cooling systems, thermal protection, and nozzle designs, sometimes mimicking space’s vacuum for high-altitude or vacuum engines. #spacex #nasa #rocket #rocketengine #explore #space #science #spacescience #universe

Chilling our 20 kN Aerospike rocket engine before the hot fire today. This engine runs on liquid methane and LOX and was generated entirely without human intervention by the Noyron Large Computational Engineering Model. We run these tests to collect important data that feed back into Noyron’s algorithms.
