Speed can help the momentum, balance & even spin rotations Here is the 🛼combo! -disco spin: a fun move that can be done forward like here, or backwards -heel-toe spins: start with one spin & add as you learn. If you just started roller-skating, I hope you find these useful for your journey☺️ To recap: - Failing or falling is completely normal and part of the process, don’t be frustrated by it; - Adjust your trucks and wheels, specially in new skates as they usually come super tight and uneven; - Don’t skip the basic moves, work on your edges, on how to stop, etc. - Try to practise the moves you learn on your uncomfortable side too; - Remember that progress isn’t linear, some days you might be flowing and doing some moves that on other days you can’t.
