Born without front legs, Roo the puppy was recently rescued from a high-kill shelter in the South and placed with foster mom Jill. Jill had never cared for a dog with this much of a disability, though, and couldn't find a mobility aid small enough for the pup to get around well. That's when seventh graders at Providence Creek Academy stepped in - the innovative students built Roo a custom wheelchair.
