Squeeze Your Back and Control Your Rep Slowly 🛑 STOP doing fast reps that don’t include a full range of motion. 🟢 START doing slow, controlled reps. The back is composed of muscles that need to feel contractions to grow. Really squeeze the muscle for maximum gains. 2. Decrease Your Weight Wisely 🛑 STOP increasing the weight after doing fast, uncontrolled, inadequate reps. 🟢 Start getting the form completely down and feeling a burn in the lower weights before increasing the weight. 3. Eat the Right Foods: 🛑 STOP thinking that going hard in the gym will make your back huge. Your diet is more important than your exercise, especially if you’re skinny. 🟢 START tracking the foods you eat and counting macros.
