Where are the die hard Ruby Star Society fans? My good friend Jenn falls into this category and seeing her affinity with RSS fabrics has encouraged me to think differently when I write patterns. I used Ruby Star Society Trinketry fabric for this yardage version of Hearty, but this pattern makes it easy to use ANY Ruby Star fabrics! This Hearty quilt was really fun to make from yardage, but it’s also really fun to make from your scrap fabrics! It puts a whole new twist on an iSpy quilt! I have included a couple charts in this pattern that will help you figure out exactly how many scraps you need to make GREAT use of your favorite scraps. And of course, Jen has already made a scrappy version… Because that’s just who she is! I can’t wait for you to see what @itoldyousew has been up to!
