BACKYARD SPA OASIS REVEAL!!!!!!✨ We wanted our own wellness spa, so we built one in our backyard!! The main feature of this area is the Grandview 4-6 person barrel sauna by @ahsaunas !!! Isn’t she beautiful?!?!😍 We also chose to incorporate a two-person cold plunge, seating area and landscaping to really give this space the feeling that you’re out in nature.🌱 The best part is, this project took us under a week to create!! if you’re thinking about adding an at-home barrel sauna consider this your sign 🔥✨ 1) What sauna did we buy? We went with the @ahsaunas 4-person steam sauna — but snagged it from Costco during a major sale (highly recommend watching for discounts this time of year 👀). 2) How long did setup take? About 6–7 hours, and honestly… kinda fun? It was a Saturday project, beers in hand, and the instructions were super visual and easy to follow. 3) Electrical requirements? This model runs on 240 volts, so we had to run a dedicated line across the yard. Luckily our whole backyard was already under construction, so the timing worked in our favor. 4) What’s the ladder for? And the hats? Pure comfort — it lets you stretch out and relax fully. I also use my @badesofa_usa sauna mat for added support. Sauna hats help protect your hair and let you stay in longer without overheating. 5) How long do you stay in for? We typically stay in for 10–20 minutes and feel all the benefits: muscle recovery, better sleep, stress relief, and the coziest winter ritual ever. Any questions I’m missing?
