I now focus on what helps me grow or feel alive. Ask yourself: Will this move me forward, or keep me stuck? 4️⃣ Ignoring your body, rhythm, or intuition Pushing through exhaustion only drains you. I learned to honor my rhythm and listen to my intuition. Rest when you need to , it’s not laziness, it’s strategy. 5️⃣ Spending energy on the wrong people or overcommitting Some people or commitments drain more than they give. I used to give so much energy to things that didn’t matter in the long run—overthinking what I said in a meeting or conversation with someone, worrying if I responded to every message, people-pleasing, doubting my decisions. And I would wonder why I felt so drained. But the truth is this: When your energy is scattered, your power is diluted. The biggest shift I’ve made lately is this—being intentional about what I focus on. If something doesn’t align with the future I’m calling in, I try not to give it my energy. I’ve started asking myself: ✨ Is this helping me feel more grounded and in alignment? ✨ Or is it just keeping me busy, distracted, or doubting myself? That one habit—redirecting my focus—has helped me show up more clearly, speak from my truth, and create more of what I actually want. So if you’re feeling scattered or tired, try this: 🔹 Check in with where your energy is going. 🔹 Notice what’s fueling you… and what’s depleting you. 🔹 And then give yourself permission to let go of what’s not aligned. ✨ Energy management isn’t about doing more.
