🇺🇸Recipe 👇🏼 요즘은 믿고 시도해 보실수 있는 미국 현지인이 공유해주는 외국 음식 레시피를 조금씩 풀어가고 있어요. 전 이 음식을 추운날 샌프란시스코에서 처음 먹어봐서 그런지 요즘같이 스산하고 추운 날씨에는 이 스프가 자주 생각이 나요. 🍲 조개살과 함께 관자(scallope)를 같이 넣으셔도 아주 맛나요. 📌한국에서는 생 모시조개, 바지락 사용하세요. 이 경우에는 먼저 조개를 껍질채 물에 삶으셨다가 조개를 분리해 사용하시면 되요. 끓인 물은 버리지 마시고 스프에 사용하셔야해요~! 📌생크림, 휘핑크림, half n half 모두 가능해요. 일반 우유는 저지방일 경우에는 버터 2큰술, 일반우유는 버터 한큰술 더해주세요. 📌베이컨의 염도 때문에 소금이 필요없을수 있어요. 📌영상에서의 조개는 아마존, 월마트, 타겟, HEB에서 구입. 가능하셔요. *재료* 베이컨 4장, 골드나 러셋 포테이토 2개(2cup). 양파 큰것 1개반(2cup), 샐러리 2컵, 물 3컵(700ml) 조개살 2캔, 감자전분, 밀가루 1/4컵(85g) 소금, 후추 *레시피* 1.기름두른 팬에 베이컨넣어 바짝 볶아주고 건져내 잠시 대기 시킵니다. 2.남아있는 베이컨 기름을 사용서 양파, 샐러리 넣어 볶아주다가 3.잘게 썰은 감자도 넣어 볶아줍니다. 4.국물을 되직하게 만들기 위해 남아있는 국물에 밀가루를 첨가하고 whisk위스크를 사용해 충분해 개어줍니다. 5.재료가 겨우 잠길정도로 물을 넣고 집에있는 육수코인 아무거나 하나 넣고 조개살 두캔과 베이컨까지 모두 넣어줍니다. 6.헤비크림을 적당히 넣어줍니다. (재료에 따라 양이 다르니 조금씩 넣으면서 맛을 보세요) 7.이제 끓어지는 과정에서 국물이 되직해 질텐데 되직함이 부족하다면 감자전분을 찬물에 풀어 조금씩 넣어주면서 취향대로 농도를 조절하세요. 8. 파슬리만 넣어 저어주면 끝. Add 3 cups of chicken broth, along with two cans of clam and the bacon. 6. Add heavy cream to taste 7. As it simmers, the broth will thicken; if it’s not thick enough, dissolve corn starch in cold water and gradually add it to adjust the thickness to your preference. 8.
