They don’t want you clear. They want you fed, numbed, and dependent as f*ck. Bread over beef. Pills over pull-ups. Chocolate milk in school lunches—but raw milk banned in half the country? That’s not incompetence. That’s design. A sick, confused man is a profitable man. A strong one? He’s a threat. They’ve built a system where the easiest path is the most destructive.

Rebellion looks good on you. ❤️‍🔥 I used to live inside a life that didn’t belong to me — a loop of expectations, jobs, relationships, habits, all built from someone else’s idea of who I should be. I dieted, worked out, smiled, achieved… and still felt hollow. Until one day, quietly at first, I started saying NO. No to the jobs that drained me. No to relationships that kept me small. No to the girl who lived by everyone else’s rules. No to the world’s program running through my veins. Each “no” cracked something open. Each “no” gave me a piece of myself back. I didn’t know it then, but I was burning down a false life so a true one could rise. Most people think change starts with a new routine, a diet, a workout. But when you shift your energy, you shift your cells, your mind, your environment, your destiny. Energy work isn’t a quick fix. It’s the invisible architecture of freedom. It rewires you from the inside out — discipline turns into devotion, self-care into self-respect, and embodiment replaces punishment. That’s why my body changed. That’s why my life changed. Out of those ashes came The Reclamation. It started as a whisper — my own experiments, my own healing, my own remembering — but whispers become roars when women rise. With my friend @lifewithpreetam , we built a 14-week training ground for women to reclaim themselves at the deepest level — body, mind, and spirit. It’s not a course. It’s not self-help. It’s a movement. A revolution in slow motion, undoing thousands of years of programming. A living, breathing space where women unlearn the script that was handed to them, heal at the root, and rise into leadership. This is our quiet rebellion — our way of remembering we were never meant to stay small, of becoming impossible to control. What I’ve learnt from the last year of holding groups, the last two years of energy work, and the last twelve years as a Myotherapist working with chronic pain is this: ✨ If you truly value freedom .... you cannot bypass the pain. You have to go into it to transmute it. And on the other side is your freedom. She was brave. She went there. I was so proud of her. I don't know her story. But I knew she was releasing big pain. And behind that pain was so much light. She did that work. I just made her feel safe enough to go into it once and for all. Sometimes it’s subtle. Sometimes it’s big. Sometimes it’s a cathartic release. Sometimes it’s an emotional opening. Sometimes it’s resistance dissolving. Sometimes it’s somatic. Sometimes it’s reconnection. Sometimes it’s reclaiming. I'm here for it all. The realness. The work. The freedom. This video snippet is from one of my group classes. I worked with her for less than 2.5 minutes. That’s all it took in that deeply held moment. It was enough to move a huge wave of suppression and from there, she could continue processing on her own, safely, in a space that was holding her.
