Funny how that works, isn’t it? People often misinterpret having an awareness of something beyond what they can see or clearly understand to mean something scary due to many contributing factors. For one, the ego can easily move into a fear state to protect you from some unknown thing that is perceived as danger. With that, the body begins to react in heightened awareness to any stimulus, increasing the ease of being frightened by whatever is taking place; whether that is from a physical person or something else. Adding onto that, we experience our perspective through our belief systems. When those include fear from religious dogma, scary movies, cultural superstition or other misinformed societal beliefs, then we are shaping experience from those belief systems and often not experiencing something for what it actually is. Stepping out of fear can be a process for some but know that it can be done. Being free of fear when perceiving the spirit world will help you feel the love they bring, along with more ease to receive communication.
