Favorite time of the day 🥹🤍✨ Chicken “Booklet” in Baking Paper 🍗✨ Ingredients (2 servings): • 2 chicken fillets (200 g each) • 4 tbsp cream cheese (herb) • ½ onion, thin slices • ½ red pepper, strips • Spices: salt, black pepper, paprika, herbs • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 120 g jasmine rice (raw) • 200 g broccoli • 1 garlic clove, chopped • 30 g feta, crumbled • 2 tsp chili oil • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds Instructions: 1. Slice fillets like a “book,” pound lightly. 2. Spread cream cheese, add onion + pepper, close. 3. Season, add lemon juice. 4. Place in baking paper “bowls.” 5. Cook rice, prep broccoli with garlic. 6. Bake chicken at 200°C / 390°F for 25 min. 7. Will you be giving this one a try? 1 jumbo thin chocolate chip cookie (crispy edges & chewy center)  Ingredients- 2 tablespoons butter melted, cooled slightly  2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar 1 tablespoon regular white sugar 1/8 teaspoon pure vanilla extract Dash of fine table salt (half of 1/8 teaspoon is perfect)  3 tablespoons all purpose flour  1/8 teaspoon baking soda  1 tablespoon milk  2 heaping tablespoons mini semi sweet chocolate chips 1. Preheat the oven to 350F convection. 2. Stir together all of the ingredients except for the chips, just until combined. 3. Stir in the chips.  4. Make one big scoop of dough and place it on the center of a parchment lined sheet pan.  5. Bake in the preheated oven 12-14 mins or until it has spread out and has a deep golden brown color.  6. Allow this cookie too cool On the pan for 10 mins then use a spatula to carefully move the cookie to a wire rack to cool completely.  Once cooled you can enjoy! The edges should be crispy and the center will be chewy. The flavor will be very buttery!
