Chicken Cheese Shahi Roll Ingredients : 500 gms boneless chicken 1/2tsp Salt 1/2tsp Chicken Powder 1tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2tsp Black Pepper Powder 1tsp Chaat Masala 1tsp Coriander Powder 1tsp Cumin Powder 1/2tsp Garam Masala 1/2tsp Chilli flakes 1tsp Green Chilli Paste 1tsp Butter 1 Slice Bread Amul Cheese Slice For Coating: 2 Eggs 1/4tsp Salt 1tbsp Cornflour Method: 1. Grind chicken and all spices to a fine paste. 2. Grease surface of plastic bag with oil. Place a little mixture and flatten it out. Make sure it does not have holes or else the cheese will come out in oil while frying. 3. Place a slice of amul cheese in centre and cover to make a roll. 4. Beat eggs, salt and cornflour. Dip chicken rolls in this egg mixture and deep fry till light golden brown in color on medium flame.
