📍Brick and Mortar business KEEP YOUR LOCATION ON!!! ​Here are the steps to use the new Instagram Maps feature, as I explain in this reel: ⚙️​Open your Instagram Profile and go to Settings: From your profile page, tap the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to open the menu. Then, tap on "Settings and privacy." 🔎​Navigate to Location Sharing: Scroll down the Settings menu until you find the "Who can see your content" section. Tap on "Story, live and location." 🔭​Manage Location Sharing: Under "Location sharing," tap on "Instagram map." 📝​Select Your Sharing Audience: A pop-up will appear titled "Who can see your location." Here you can select who you want to share your location with. The options are: 💚​Friends 💚​Close Friends 💚​Only these friends (you can select specific people) 🙅‍♀️No one (don't share location) 🚫 Turn Off Location Sharing (Optional): If you are currently sharing your location and want to turn it off, you can select "No one." A prompt will ask you for how long you'd like to turn off location sharing (3 hours, 24 hours, or Until you turn it back on). 🗺​Explore the Map: Once you've set your preferences, you can view the map. The map shows you where your friends and other public accounts are located. You can zoom in and out to see different regions and locations. 🪟​View a Friend's Location or Find a Business you follow: The map displays a cluster of profile pictures and posts. Tap on a cluster to see what people/profiles in that area have shared. You can then tap on an individual photo to view their post or story. What do you think?
