If thereโ€™s a BIG difference side to side (1 or 2 inches or more) you may want to give some of these stretches a try! - The Sleeper Stretch is one that is sometimes given to improve shoulder internal rotation. Some say that this is a bad stretch to do because it puts your shoulder in an impingement position. However, if this stretch is done properly and GENTLY and doesnโ€™t aggravate your shoulder it can be ok to do.
