Shoulder work today 💪🏽 Simple. Effective. No shortcuts. Started with dumbbell lateral raises 🔥 4 sets × 12 reps Then moved into seated alternating front raises Neutral hammer grip 🛠️ 4 sets × 12 each arm Next was single arm cable lateral raises 🎯 Focused on control and tension 4 sets × 12 each arm After that we went to seated dumbbell press 🏋🏽♂️ Alternating left Alternating right Then both arms together 4 sets × 10 Finished with reverse flies on an incline bench Forehead resting on the top of the seat Strict form to hit the rear delts 🔁 4 sets × 12 Nothing fancy.
