Silvanas—also spelled Sylvanas or Sylvannas—are crisp cashew‑meringue wafers sandwiched and coated with rich buttercream. Think of them as the cookie version of Sans Rival: creamy, crunchy, and melt‑in‑your‑mouth delicious. But warning… they’re dangerously addicting. They’re also the perfect treat to make when you have leftover egg whites from desserts like Leche Flan or Crème Brûlée. Nothing goes to waste, and you get another irresistible dessert out of it.
