Trust me keep reading it works: ☀️1. Start with an Incredibly Small Habit Actionable Step: Start with just one drawer or one shelf. Commit to decluttering this small area completely, which should not take more than 5 or 10 minutes. For example- Choose your junk drawer in the kitchen or a single shelf in your bathroom. Clear it out, clean it, and only put back what you truly need. This helps to overcome the terror of getting started and gives you a quick win, boosting your motivation to tackle bigger decluttering tasks. 👏👏2. Increase Your Habit in Very Small Ways Actionable Step: After successfully decluttering one small area, gradually expand the scope of your decluttering session. Next time, tackle two drawers, or go from one drawer to one entire desk. These slow, incremental increases make the task feel manageable, preventing feelings of overwhelm and burnout. 👏👏 👏3. As You Build Up, Break Habits into Chunks Actionable Step: Divide a larger decluttering project into sections or categories (towns). For example, separate the decluttering of your bedroom into clothes, books, and personal documents.
