Tubing at Ski Snow Valley in Barrie Have you been tubing? This is the second year we ventured to @skisnowvalley for the tubing and we all had a blast… again! Definitely worth the drive. The best part of Ski Snow Valley is it has a fun lift to bring you to the top of the hill. You ride on your tube all the way up the hill. So it’s like you are getting in two rides. Riders need to be 42” tall to ride the main hills. There is also a Kids Zone that is a separate small hill for younger ones. Everyone has to sit in their own tube for safety. But you can go down the hill holding onto each other tubes. We went with a large group during the week (they have great group rates) which was ideal as we had unlimited time until 4pm. There is also an indoor area to have lunch. You can bring your own or they have a small snack stand inside. There was also a donut shop and fire pit outside. The hills at Snow Valley are definitely steeper than other tubing hills. They also have lots of runs. This year “The Peak” was open which is another whole section of runs. We liked this the best! Definitely check this section out if you go. So if you like excitement and speed, this is for you!

Head up to Mt. Lemmon for a day on the slopes! 🏂🏔️ Ski Valley has trails for beginners and those who have been shredding for years. 🤘 Take the chair lift to the top of the mountain and glide down 100% natural snow on the slopes. ❄️ After getting in some runs, grab a bite at Grub Stake and reward yourself with a sweet treat from the fudge shop. Skiing across this sharp mountain crest feels like flying over the edge of the world. The drop on both sides is massive, but the view of the clouds tucked into the valleys makes every turn worth it. It takes a lot of heart to handle these steep drifts with such calm. @domen_gabrijelcic really knows how to find the most beautiful and daring lines in the backcountry.
