Meal prep it at the start of the week so you have a healthier grab and go snack ready to go Cookie dough: 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 30g vanilla protein powder 1-2 tablespoon/s honey, to taste 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips Chocolate top: 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips Drizzle of coconut oil, melted (optional) 1. In a bowl, mix cookie dough ingredients together until well combined 2. Spoon into a lined 1 litre container (freezer safe). Press down with the back of your spoon until combined and smooth 3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in the microwave. Check every 15 seconds and stir as you go until chocolate is melted 4. Pour melted chocolate over cookie dough base and spread evenly 5. Place in the freezer to set for 2 hours 6. Once set, slice into 8.
