The real reason most women don’t host more isn’t time or money. It’s overcomplication. We imagine elaborate menus, a spotless house, multiple courses, everything perfect. It doesn’t need to be. Here’s how I keep hosting simple: 1. I repeat the same base menu formula (stay tuned, I’ll share it soon). 2. I set the table the day before. 3. I run the dishwasher the night before. 4. I create a self-serve drink station. 5. I use white serveware as my base. 6. I prep what I can 24 hours ahead. 7. I light candles 20 minutes before guests arrive. 8.
