Peanut butter cookie dough bites.. they’re perfect for when you feel like something sweet 🤤🍫 Follow @alyssacoadynutrition for more easy recipes 🫶🏻 In a bowl, mix: 1/2 cup peanut butter 30g vanilla protein powder 2-3 tablespoons honey, to taste Then, fold in: 1/4 cup dark choc chips Divide the cookie dough evenly between a muffin pan, makes 6 In a separate bowl, mix: 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or melts 1 teaspoon coconut oil Melt in the microwave (stir at every 15 seconds, keep an eye on it) Evenly pour chocolate over the cookie dough. Single Serve Cookie Pudding✨ this recipe was inspired by @the_foodiediaries & it came out PERFECT! This is a great recipe for those of you who want a sweet treat but struggle with portion control! (Recipe below!) Recipe: Ingredients- 1 tbsp egg 1 1/2 tbsp melted salted butter 2 tbsp granulated sugar 1 tbsp brown sugar Dash of vanilla 3 tbsp all purpose flour 1/8 tsp baking soda Chocolate chips to liking (Optional) ice cream for topping Directions- 1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 2. To a small baking dish (I have the one I used linked in my Amazon storefront linked in bio), add the egg, butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, & vanilla. Mix until well combined then add the flour & baking soda. Mix again until well combined. 3. Add the chocolate chips & fold into the mixture. Clean the sides of the dish, then top with more chocolate chips. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until desired doneness. 5.
