It’s linked in my bio or comment SEND and we can dm you the link. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ If you’re intimidated by making yeast bread, this recipe holds your hand through the process! ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ -1 cup (240ml) water, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -1/4 cup (60ml) milk, warmed to 110°F (43°C) -2 1/4 tsp (7g) instant or active dry yeast -2 Tbsp (25g) sugar -4 Tbsp (56g) unsalted butter, softened -1 and 1/2 tsp salt -3 and 1/3 cups (about 420–430g) all-purpose flour or bread flour, plus more as needed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Whisk water, milk, yeast, and sugar in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with a dough hook attachment. Cover and sit for 5 minutes or until foamy. Add butter, salt, and 1 cup (125-130g) flour. Beat on low for 30 seconds, scrape down the sides of the bowl, then add another cup of flour. Beat on medium speed until incorporated (there may still be chunks of butter). Add the remaining flour and beat on medium until the dough comes together and pulls away from the sides of the bowl. If you do not own a mixer, you can mix this dough with a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Keep the dough in the mixer and beat for an additional 5–8 minutes, or knead by hand. If the dough becomes too sticky during kneading, add 1 tsp of flour at a time. Do not add more flour than you need. Lightly grease a large bowl. Place the dough in the bowl, turning it to coat all sides. Cover and rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Punch dough down. Flour a work surface and rolling pin. Roll the dough into an 8x15 inch rectangle. Roll it up into an 8 inch log and place in loaf pan. Cover and rise until it’s 1 inch above the top of the pan, about 1 hour. Bake at 350°F (177°C) for 32-36 minutes. It’s done when an instant-read thermometer reads the center as 195–200°F (90–93°C). Cool before slicing.

White sandwich bread 🍞 Two loaves: 3 cups water, 1 tablespoon yeast, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon salt, 6 tablespoons soft butter and 7 1/2- 8 cups of flour. Knead for 8 minutes then double. Let rest 10 minutes. (You’re looking for bubbles and foam, if this doesn’t happen, your yeast is dead. 😵) -1/4 cup milk, 1 1/3 cup water, 1 tbsp yeast, 1 tbsp sugar- To the yeast mixture add remaining ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. -2 tsp salt, 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 4 1/4 cup flour Knead for 10 minutes, or until you have a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. On a lightly floured surface, divide your dough into 2 equal portions (you’re making 2 loaves!!) Shape your loaves. Rolling and tucking seams along the way. Place into a greased loaf pan. Rise, 1 hour. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes. (Internal temp 190° to 200°) Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing! In a stand mixer bowl add the remaining ingredients. After 5 minutes add the yeast mixture & mix on low for 10 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed. Add a few TBSP. of water one at a time if the dough is stiff. The dough should be soft and come clean off the sides. Cover & let rise in a warm area for 1 hour to doubled in size. Punch down the dough & dump onto a lightly floured surface. Then flatten into a rectangle & roll into a log, pinch the ends closed. Lay seam side down in a greased loaf pan & let rise uncovered in a warm area for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until the top is deep golden brown. Butter the top immediately for a soft & shiny crust. Let cool 10 minutes in the pan then finish on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container or Zip bag. Softest Sandwich Bread Recipe🍞 Makes 2 loaves INGREDIENTS: 1 3/4 cups warm water 100-110°F 1/4 cup honey or sugar 1 tablespoon active dry yeast not instant 1/4 cup butter melted 1 egg 2 ½ teaspoons salt 4-5 cups bread flour (or all purpose) INSTRUCTIONS: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine warm water and honey. Sprinkle yeast over the mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy. Add melted butter, beaten egg, salt, and 2 cups of bread flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until well combined. Gradually incorporate two additional cups of bread flour, adding one cup at a time. Mix thoroughly after each cup until the dough begins to form. Aim for a dough that is soft and slightly tacky, yet not so sticky that it adheres to your fingers. If the dough is too sticky, gradually add the remaining cup of flour, one tablespoon at a time. Attach the dough hook to your mixer, and knead for approximately 5-7 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size. Once the dough has doubled in size, punch it down and divide it in half. Roll out each half into a rectangle about 9×13 inches. Starting from one of the short ends, roll up each rectangle tightly into a log. Pinch the seams to seal. Place the rolled dough into greased 9×5-inch loaf pans, seam side down. Cover with a clean kitchen towel and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes. Until the dough has just risen over the rim of the pan. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the dough has risen again, bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.
