Unser Kiefer ist oft der erste Ort, an dem unser Nervensystem „Alarm“ schlägt und alles anspannt. So geht die Übung: 1️⃣ Der Griff: Greife deine Ohren mittig am festen Knorpel. 2️⃣ Der Zug: Ziehe sie sanft nach außen und minimal nach hinten. 3️⃣ Der Release: Lass den Unterkiefer ganz locker (Mund leicht öffnen). 4️⃣ Die Atmung: Atme durch die Nase ein und deutlich LÄNGER durch den Mund aus. 5️⃣ Dauer: Halte den Zug für 30–60 Sekunden, bis ein Gähnen, Schlucken oder tiefes Seufzen kommt. 👉 Der biologische Hintergrund An der Ohrmuschel verläuft ein kleiner Hautast des Vagusnervs. Durch den sanften Zug stimulieren wir diesen Bereich mechanisch. I used to get migraines every 2 weeks. Like clockwork, blinding pain, dark room, plans cancelled. I haven’t had a migraine in over six years. Not because I found a magic pill. But because I stopped treating my head like the problem. Most headaches are tension patterns. When your nervous system is stuck in stress mode, the fascia around your head, jaw, and neck tightens. That pressure builds and builds until your body forces you to stop. In this video, I’m showing one of the techniques that changed everything for me: First: One hand on the back of your head. One hand on your forehead. Gently squeeze and hold. Slow breathing in and out through your nose. Then: One hand on the left side of your head. One on the right. Gently rotate both hands upward. No digging or forcing, you’re not attacking the pain, you’re telling your nervous system it’s safe to release When the fascia around the skull releases, the whole system can downshift. For me, this wasn’t about managing migraines.
