During the 2025 Vital Information West Coast tour I played a different SONOR DRUMS drumset at every show. I'd arrive 90 mins. before soundcheck in order to tune and set up a kit. At Yoshi's Oakland on April 11, 2025 I used a Sonor kit that I keep in Nashville at KHS America. Thank you to Henry Go at KHS for shipping this great kit to Yoshi’s! Here are some ideas I worked on before the soundcheck.

After the setup video here’s how these drums actually sound unmiced in a medium-sized club venue. The tuning and dampening are a result of working with our sound engineers to get the best sound out front and give them processing options. During the 2025 Vital Information West Coast tour I played a different @sonordrumco kit at every show. I'd arrive 90 minutes before soundcheck in order to tune and set up a kit. At @smithcenterlv in Las Vegas, NV on April 12, 2025, I borrowed a Sonor SQ1 kit from S.I.R. Las Vegas. On this day I played in 7/4 to get used to the kit and the sound of the room.
